SAVE $30 on any session over $75.00 on your session!
Rules for Entry:
1. Enter your Name, Address and
Email. (Enter your address information in the 'comments/questions'
field.)
2. You may enter as often as you
like. This is done monthly... You can win more than once, so I encourage you to enter on a weekly basis!
3. It may be a "stand
alone" or you may 'add on' to any other session. Currently, you will
be entitled to win $30 on any session over $75.00 on your next session!
4. You cannot use this savings with any discounts or
on Discounted Sessions (Specials), unless otherwise authorized by
therapist.
5. The winner will be emailed by Monday after the 1st of the month.
6. The session is to be redeemed no later than two weeks out from the date you are notified~ Or
it may be voided. (This
is due to the heavy booking for evenings and weekends.) If you cannot
make it in, you can also transfer to a deserving friend!
7. You can enter your information
right now! (INCREASE YOUR CHANCES: You are automatically entered when
you come in for a session!) You chances of winning are very high, especially
when you come in for sessions and enter often. And you can win more than once a
month! (Now that's a contest!)
8. Very Important: If you are a Male Client
that I have not worked with or has not been referred, your entry will be
voided.

Note:
Please be aware that some therapists, such as I may not
recommend a session right off the bat for you. I prefer to have your background medical information and like to know
how you handle yourself on a daily basis before I decide what session and/ or
treatment may be best suited to your needs. The reason behind this: Repetitive movements or something that may be
contraindicated in your history tells me what is going on with your muscles and
body.

Monthly Drawing:
While in for your session, you are automatically entered to save on your next session! Do not think you can make it in three weeks? Give it to a deserving friend and save with a referral! Winner is pulled at the end of the week!
Loyalty Discount Deal:
Clients that are consistent with their sessions (Meaning: Appointments are not no-show's / canceled, They are "on-time" for sessions and if they are coming monthly or more; may qualify for the "Loyalty Discount Deal". There will be two pricing tiers, reflecting how often one comes in for sessions:
30% Savings for once -a- month.
40% Savings for twice- a- month.
This is for all my sessions. Savings do not apply on Discounted Sessions, however I may work something out with you. You may add services to your session to receive discount.
* Discount does not go into effect until after the fourth session providing the above criteria is met. Please see terms, under 'Location, Hours and Terms' for more information regarding Loyalty Discounts.
Referral Card Program:
All Referral Cards are limited: "One Card to One Session/ One Client" at a time and cannot be applied to sessions $55.00 or Less.
These cannot be "saved up" to cover your session cost.
